XtraPayments is an app that is installed locally on the client’s computer. It allows users to connect with the online payment gateways of BOV and HSBC, and process supplier payments generated via the Sage accounting software.

How the XtraPayments app works

• Users enter their suppliers’ details and payments in the Sage package.
• Payments are checked and processed internally to ensure accuracy.
• A file listing all the payments records is created via the application. This file will contain a list of payments to be made to each supplier including IBAN number, SWIFT code and the amount to be paid.
• Users should log into their bank’s internet banking account and upload the file generated by the app.
• Payments to individual suppliers are then handled by the bank.
