1.\nSelect the beverage<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Head to the \u201cProducts\u201d menu. In this example, we have selected the \u201cWine\u201d category and \u201cBedrock Zinfandel.\u201d If you click on it, you can see all the information regarding the product, for example, the description, image, price and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Stock Management<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

At the end of the product card, there\u2019s an option to select \u201cEnable Stock Management.\u201d Click on it and now you have two more subsections under it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.\nStock level<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

In this example, we have received 24 bottles of the previously selected wine. As soon as you type 24 in the box, it is immediately available for your guests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4.\nEnforce stock<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

This is an optional feature- if the box is checked, as soon as the stock runs out, the waiters won\u2019t be able to add anymore of the particular beverage to the guest\u2019s order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How\ndoes this affect staff during their shift?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Show & Tell feature:<\/strong> Access the menu item description\nand images to display to the restaurant\u2019s guests. Your employees are also\nimmediately informed about the stock availability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Stock levels on the menu button:<\/strong> The restaurant point of sale system offers to add the stock level on the menu button, which makes it even easier accessible to the staff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
