To better monitor and take timely actions in response to the needs of its leisure and corporate customers, the hotel chose to implement Repleo Hospitality Quality Tracking System. Not only did our system aid in increasing guest satisfaction, it also greatly reduced the amount of administrative time and overhead.

To operate its Spa and Well being centre, the Pergola Club Hotel & Spa has also commissioned Progressive Consulting & Information Systems Ltd to develop a customised application, Elixir, which has been in operation for more than 2 years now with impressive results.
