General Ledger reports in Sage Pastel Evolution are accessible from Reports > General Ledger menu option. On the system tree, choose the General Ledger > Reports function.
You can batch reports to produce multiple reports automatically. You can even schedule the report batches to print at specific times. If you need to, you can customise reports (from Layout Options).
The standard reports are as follows:
Account Balances - Shows the account balances
Audit Trail - Reports on the various transactions entries
Balance Sheet - Standard Balance Sheet Report
Bank Reconciliation - Unreconciled bank entries
Income Statement - Standard P/L report
Ledger Accounts - Entries per ledger account
Project Profit & Loss - Reports on profitability / loss per project
Tax Report - Report for VAT return submittal
Trial Balance - Standard Trial Balance Report
Transaction Listing - Reporting from all modules (A/R, A/P, Inventory and G/L)
