sage 50: users already logged in?

A common Sage Error is that it prompts the User that there are Users already logged in.

The error would pop up for example when a User is trying to take a backup, it would display an error stating (Username) - (Terminal Name) is already logged in.

In order to solve this issue, one needs to go to Sage > Help > About > System Information > Diretories.  Right Click on the Data Folder Item & Select Open Folder.

Once in that folder, one needs to delete the Queue.dta file.  That would reset the number of users logged in to Sage.  The deletion of Queue.dta should be done when there are no users logged in.
