Internal activities & appointment scheduling
Through this module, employees can denote there tasks through a Microsoft Outlook Style Interface. They can either share the task with other members, or else tag it as private to keep other members from seeing it.
Contact Management
With the Contact Management module, details for all contacts of the organisation can be maintained, and easily shared amongst other internal users. Contacts can be linked to different organisational roles to a single contact. Client bank details can also be tracked with an unlimited number of accounts.
Task Management
Dealing with one off-tasks or recurring tasks, myPMS ensures that it's made easy. Tasks can be tracked, prioritised and allocated. For recurring tasks, they only need to be defined once and they will be automatically generated when they are overdue.
Bill Management
Both for bills that are computed on a time basis or or those bills which are fixed in nature, keeping track of them is very easy. Clients can be linked to an unlimited number of bills. Bills can also be linked to different categories, to keep track of the exact revenue. Bills can also be tracked by status.
Timesheet Management
One of the most important factors in a company is time tracking. With the myPMS module, each member working with the organisation can be tracked down to the very last minute. This module is fully integrated with other modules of myPMS and allows you to link timesheets to specific clients, link timesheets to internal departments, track time (quantify leave, sick leave, & unproductive time).
